I come from Recife, Brazil. I am Professor of Mathematics at Purdue. I teach undergraduate and graduate courses. My field of research is microlocal analysis and applications to partial differential equations, geometric scattering and spectral theory. I was a Ph.D student of Richard Melrose at MIT

Here you can find a list of some of my papers

In the spring 2016 I taught MA262--Linear Algebra and Differential Equations

In the fall 2016 I am teaching MA162 (Plane Analytic Geometry and Calculus II)

MA693 Introduction to Fourier Integral Operators

Together with Raphael Hora and Wagner Muniz (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Brazil) I am organizing the Third Symposium on Spectral and Scattering Theory
