Student Credit Transfer & Designation
The Office of Credit Evaluation processes Transfer Credit Evaluation requests in order to determine if they can establish Purdue credit for a course. This course will then show up on your transcript.
In the case that there is no equivilant course listed in their databases the Office of Credit Evaluation assigns undistributed credit, which displays as UND on your transcript.
Once your transcript shows undistributed credit (UND) for a mathematics course it can be re-evaluated through the application below by the Mathematics Department for use toward a specific Purdue course. Within the Mathematics Department various professors are responsible for different courses. They will decide what Purdue mathematics course, if any, the outside course is equivalent to at Purdue.
Online Application:
You must enter the mathematics course for which you want to obtain credit. Additionally you will be required to present supporting documentation that shows the preliminary evaluation of undistributed credit (Purdue transcript) and that demonstrates the subject matter and the level of difficulty of the taken course.
