Final Exam

Scheduled Wed, Dec 12, 07:00p - 09:00p in ARMS 1010

Cumulative Exam

Covers all material: §§1.1—1.3, 2.1—2.8, 3.1—3.8, 4.1—4.4, 6.1—6.6, 7.1, 7.4—7.9

We will have reviews on Tue, Dec 4 and Thur, Dec 6.

[Practice Problems for Midterm 1 (§§1.1—3.6)]
[Practice Problems for Midterm 2 (§§3.7—4.4, 6.1—6.6)]
[Additional Practice Problems for Final (§§7.1—7.9)]

You should use the practice problems above in addition to, midterms and homework problems, to prepare for the final.

FINAL SCORE

- Your final score is going to be calculated by the following scheme:

Scheme I =(3/10)FE + (2/10)ME1 + (2/10)ME2 +(3/20)HW + (3/20)L

where FE, MEi, HW, L are the scores (in %) for Final Exam, Midterm i, Homework, and Labs, respectively.

- If you scored above the average on each of the Midterm Exams, that is

if ME1 >= 59 and ME2 >= 66

then you will be allowed not to take the final and in that case your score will be calculated by the scheme

Scheme II = (2/7)ME1 + (2/7)ME2 + (3/14)HW + (3/14)L

Note: If you qualify and decide to opt out from taking the final exam, please let me know (by emailing) by 5pm on Fri, Dec 7.

Midterm Exam 2

Scheduled Wed, Nov 14, 8:00-9:30pm in EE 170.
