I'm a graduate student in the Math Department at Purdue University. My principal areas of interest are PDE and Variational Problems. I'm currently working with my advisor Prof. Patricia Bauman in nematic elastomers.

I'm from Bogotá, Colombia (la tierrita!) and I have lived in Lafayette, IN, since 2004. I'm happily married to Nicolas since June 2006.
