thesis: Please note: This may be outdated, talk to your fellow
students.
- A python script to convert Latex format references to bibtex
The script, prepared by Bartlomeij Suideja (Purdue) from a similar script by Jim Pitman (UC Berkeley), takes any Latex file with references and produces a file with the references in bibtex format with links to math reviews. It should run on any flavor of Unix with python installed. You must also be connected to he internet. (The html Beurling-Ahlfors bibliography above was created from the Latex file with mref.py and then by bibtex2html.) To use it do the following: 1) Download the scrip and make it executable with chmod +x mref.py and 2) cat file.tex |./mref.py >file.bib
