If your session does not start at this point try choosing Xwin32 from the Task bar and select Show Messages. A box will appear showing the error returned by the machine you are trying to connect to. You can now return to X-Util32 and select your session from the Sessions submenu in the Sessions menu which will allow you to edit your session dialog box and correct the problem.
