Homeworks:

Homeworks will be collected every Tuesday and Thursday in class. Some of the homeworks will be graded. Late homeworks will not be accepted. Attendance and doing homework assignments are very important for your success in this class.

Tests:

There are two in class midterm exams and a comprehensive final exam. Calculators, books and notes are not allowed during the exams.

Final Exam April 29

Grading Policy:

Your course grade will be determined as follows: 20% from homeworks, 20% from each mid-term exam and 40% from the final exam.

Make-up Policy:

There will be no make-up exams except in extreme circumstances (such as: death in immediate family, military obligation, etc.) at the discretion of the instructor. The instructor has to be informed IN ADVANCE by e-mail. You will be asked to provide proper documentation.

Attendance:

Class attendance is expected and I will "spot check" attendance throughout the semester. I may deduct up to 3% of your grade if you miss more than two of those random checks.
