These files were converted from the PCD (Kodak Photo CD) format using
Photoshop with the default settings.  The color balance is much better
than I found when using GraphicConverter, hpcdtoppm, iPhoto import, or
Preview on the Mac.

I don't like how Photoshop converts these images to greyscale images;
GraphicConverter images look better.  Perhaps other people may have
