Conference proceedings will be published after peer review of the papers. Mathematical Biosciences has agreed to publish the proceedings. This is the same journal where the Proceedings of the First DESTOBIO were published.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS IS DECEMBER 15, 2000.
