Background
Research
-
My main research interests are: Goodwillie's homotopy calculus of
functors, Weiss' orthogonal calculus of functors, homotopy theory
(stable and unstable), and rational homotopy theory.
- I am also interested in operads (and cooperads) --
particularly their modules and algebras and the model category theories
associated to these -- as
well as orthogonal and symmetric spectra, operads of such, and
algebras over operads of such -- all particularly in applications to
homotopy calculus of functors.

Random Other Notes
- A Short Note on Negative Numbers.
A humorous essay written for MA 453: Elements of Algebra.
- Computing a path DGA.
An example of using coliealgebras to compute the DGA model for
a path-space, given the DGA model for a space.
- "(Homotopy) Calculus of Functors: An Allegorical Introduction"
(to be added?)
[This is based on the lecture notes of a talk which I have now given multiple
times in different places. I have bold plans to expand it to notes
for a mini-course.]
