Ben Ward

Welcome. I am a PhD student in the mathematics department at Purdue University.

Office: MATH 1032
Email: wardbc at math dot purdue dot edu
Office Hours: by appt.

Research: In my research I study algebraic structures arising in topological and geometric contexts. In particular, in my doctoral work I am using tools such as operad theory and homotopical algebra to address questions arising from moduli spaces, string topology, physics, and deformation theory. My advisor is Ralph Kaufmann.
