Oreganato bread: 4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (I use the kind for bread makers) a little less than 1/2 cup polento 2 teaspoons granulated garlic 3 teaspoons dried parsley flakes 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 tablespoon active dry yeast (I buy it in bulk and 1 package is equal to one tablespoon) 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups warm water Put all the dry ingredients in first.
