Mix wet ingredients. Add dry to wet. Mix well and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Easy! Icing: 8-10oz tofu (medium consistency) 2 tablespoons brandy or 3/4 tsp imitation brandy flavor 4-5 tablespoons carob powder 1/4 cup honey Put all this stuff in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. It usually takes 5 minutes for the tofu to get really blended in. When brownies are somewhat cool spread this on top, but don't wait too long after you make the icing cause it thickens up some.
