Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the soy milk and honey, and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a nonstick 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle the berries on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Grape-Nuts Bars Makes 12 bars Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 35 minutes 3 cups Grape-Nuts 1 cup low-fat soy milk 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 cup raisins 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 F Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a nonstick 9-inch square baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until firm. Cool and cut into 12 squares.
