The texture of these brownies is more cakelike than fudgelike. Mix in one bowl: 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. cocoa 1/4 t. baking powder 1/4 t. salt In separate bowl mix: 1/2 c. pureed prunes (a 4 oz jar of baby food prunes is perfect) 2/3 c. sugar 1 t. vanilla 2 egg equivalents. Add dry to wet. Put in 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or un til edges look dry and start to pull away from the pan.
