Date: Mon, 09 Aug 93 23:06:06 CDT From: Deborah Weatherly Black Beans with Tortillas 1 lb black beans cook until almost tender, then add: 1 can diced tomatoes 4 cloves garlic 1 chopped onion cumin to taste 1 anaheim pepper or 1 can chopped green chiles herbs: (she used) thyme oreganol savory all to taste. (all fresh) She had pico de galo (sp) to put on top but picante sauce works well. Top also with onions and anything else you might want. Put this in a flour tortilla.
