This is a modified CP/M bios put online to show deblocking
mechanisms. The original Heath-Zenith source also had a working
implementation of the "io-byte" to switch different physical
devices to a logical device. Most Heath formatted disks used
a information section early on the disk to describe the
physical and logical layout of the disk. This is similar in
spirit to later MSDOS "BPB", boot parameter blocks.
