Course Description

Credit Hours: 2.00. (STAT 250) This course is designed to teach techniques for solving problems in probability theory which are relevant to the actuarial sciences. It is intended to help actuarial students prepare for the Society of Actuaries and Casualty Actuarial Society Exam P/1. Credit of Examination is not available for this course. MA/STAT 416 is strongly recommended. Typically offered Fall Spring.
