Data Science Labs: Probability

Credit Hours: 1.00. This course consists in weekly computer laboratories. The laboratories introduce students to the application of concepts learned in an introductory Probability course to Data Science problems. This course also provides opportunities to practice programming in Python and use sensors and microprocessors to acquire and manipulate data. Assumes familiarity with python (numpy, matplotlib), coding basics (loops, arrays, functions, plotting), and simple terminal commands.
