Problems entering answers using MAC OS


CengageNOW has issued a fix for this problem:  

1. Open Finder
2. Go into Macintosh HD
3. Open the Library folder
4. Open Internet Plug-Ins
5. Delete Flash Player.plugin and flashplayer.xpt file
6. Empty your trash can
7. Go to the link below to download and install a previous version of Adobe Flash Player (during installation be sure that you have all browsers closed)
