USER ACCOUNT POLICY
				      THE DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS
					     PURDUE UNIVERSITY

This user account policy is necessary to ensure security, computing resources and to
comply with University account regulations. The Department of Mathematics account policy requires any account to
meet at least one of the listed requirements below.

 

ACCOUNT POICY REQUIRMENTS

To qualify for a computer account on the Department of Mathematics
computer systems, users must be one of the following:
 

        1. Current, retired, or emeritus faculty member of the
           Department of Mathematics, Purdue University.

 

        2. Current staff member of the 
           Department of Mathematics, Purdue University.

 

        3. Visiting Professor associated with the
           Department of Mathematics, Purdue University.

 

        4. Current graduate student of the 
           Department of Mathematics, Purdue University or have graduated within the last 6 months. 

 

        5. Directly involved in collaborative research with a faculty or staff members of the 
           Department of Mathematics, Purdue University.

        

If you do not meet any of the above requirements, we are sorry but we cannot continue your computer account 
with the Department of Mathematics Purdue University.
