Phanuel mathjoke

My name is Phanuel Mariano and I am a Golomb Visiting Assistant Professor at Purdue University. I work in probability and sub-Riemannian geometry. I received a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Connecticut in 2018 and a B.A. in mathematics from Western Connecticut State University in 2012.

My adviser at UConn was Professor Maria Gordina. I'm currently working with Professor Rodrigo Bañuelos at Purdue.
