Hello there, Juan Santos!   The SEG New Orleans 2015 Presentation Management Website is now open to Presenters for advance submission of presentations for the Conference. You may submit your PowerPoint presentation before and during the conference via the internet until the last day of show.   Just to confirm, your username is santos@math.purdue.edu. Password: juncal_1150   Click on the link below to register for the website and begin the upload process. When you click on the link, you will be prompted to create a password. Once that is complete, you will be on the page to upload your presentation.   Presentation Management User Registration   Important Information Please be sure to read the guidelines on the Presentation Management Website before uploading your presentation.   If you need to get back to the Presentation Management site after registration, please do so by going to the following link: https://seg2015.sessionupload.com   If you need assistance or have questions about uploading your presentation please contact support@sessionupload.com.   Invited Poster Presenters SEG would like to invite poster presenters to submit an electronic presentation file for SEG to publish online after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.  This option is in addition to your scheduled poster station presentation. Submitting slides to be presented online is not required. Additionally, your presentation will be shown on the On Demand viewing station. This station, located near the technical program in the Convention Center, will allow attendees to view presentations at their leisure. You may submit your PowerPoint presentation before and during the conference via the internet until the last day of show using the submittal method above.   Confirmation that your Presentation was received After submitting a file, you will receive a confirmation email within an hour. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact support@sessionupload.com to ensure your file was received.  When contacting support for technical issues please reference "SEG 2015" as the conference name and the presenter’s full name.   How to make changes to your presentation If you need to make changes to a presentation that you submitted, you may resubmit the files on the website using a new file name; you should also delete the earlier submission. It’s strongly suggested to review your presentation prior to your session, please visit the Speaker Ready Room on site at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in Room 230.   How to back up files Although we take every precaution to ensure files are not corrupted during the file upload, it is always recommended that a backup copy of your presentation is brought with you on a CD or USB stick.   Presenter Mode in the Meeting Room We now have the ability to run presenter mode in the meeting rooms. That allows attendees to see your slides on the monitor, but only you can view the associated notes on the lectern. Morial Convention Center in Room 230 to ensure the quality of your presentation(s) including fonts, bullets, outlines, animations, etc. The Speaker Ready Room computers are configured with the same hardware and software as those in the presentation rooms.
