I use Google Gemini to convert my handwritten notes (as PDF) to accessible html. I upload the PDF and use this exact prompt each time: "convert to accessible html compliant with WCAG 2.2 aa with complete mathjax headers and remove [cite.]" The [cite] thing is because Gemini be default shows the citation for everything it generates (for example, it'll show that something came from line 36 in my notes). I don't think that is necessary for this purpose so I ask it to omit that. If I showed or drew pictures in class I usually edit the html that Gemini produces to include the graphs with alt. texts.
