• teach various mathematics, computer science and engineering courses including real analysis, numerical computation, numerical ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations, finite element method, numerical linear algebra, linear programing, calculus, linear algebra etc.;
• lead a research team in developing a software package for simulating unsteady compressible flow, which was also used by reasearchers in David Taylor Research Center in analysing and designing of turbomachinery system;
• derive model systems for nonlinear waves and develop software packages.
• published more than 30 research papers in top academic journals.
