Women in Science and Engineering Tutoring Program

The College of Science and the College of Engineering offer a tutoring program in Earhart Residence Hall. Earhart Hall is the home of the Residential Program for the Colleges of Science and Engineering. The Tutoring Program is in place to assist all in Science and Engineering and especially accessible to the participants in the Residential Program. The tutors are trained upper-level honors students in Science and Engineering who have applied to work with beginning students. The goal of this program is to teach beginning students transferable learning skills which will aid them throughout their college career.

Department of Mathematics Tutor List

The Mathematics Department does not hire tutors. Rather, as a service to students, we provide a list of available individuals, who have been screened solely on the basis of their transcripts. Based on the mathematics courses they have taken and the grades they have received, they appear to be qualified to tutor in the courses listed. The list is updated periodically throughout the semester.
