Welcome!

Hi, I'm Yevgeniya Tarasova, but you may call me Jenna. I am a visiting assistant professor at Purdue University and my thesis advisor was Bernd Ulrich. My interests outside of math include illustration, writing fiction and yarn art.

I am on the job market this year. My research is in commutative algebra specifically in residual intersections, linkage, and prime characteristic singularities. I am also interested in the Gorenstein and Cohen-Macaulay properties of rings.
