Homework
There will be two types of homework in this course: Online Homework and Written Homework.
Section numbers and problem numbers below are as in Differential Equations and Boundary Value Problems (6th Edition) by C. Henry Edwards, David E. Penney, and David Calvis.
Please see the detailed schedule for exact deadlines; general principles of deadlines are listed below.
The use of AI is not allowed when doing homework.
Written Homework
To be submitted via Gradescope.
There will typically be one written homework due every week on Saturday at 11 PM.
The three lowest scores will be dropped from the final grade. WARNING: This number might change.
One late written homework will be accepted with no questions asked.
Submissions can be hand-written or typed in \(\LaTeX\).
Students are allowed to discuss and collaborate on problems in the written homework. However, each student must work on the final submission on their own. In particular, copying someone else's final submission will be considered cheating and will be reported to the Office of the Dean of Students.
