- Tentative in-class midterm exam dates: Feb 17 (Midterm I) and April 06 (Midterm II).
- Course information
- Textbook: Jerrold E. Marsden and Anthony Tromba, Vector Calculus (6th Edition), on reserve in the math library.
- We will cover most of the material in the book. Later on, we will use Prof. Donu Arapura's online notes on differential forms.
- Weekly handwritten homework is due in class on each Wednesday. Grades will be posted on Blackboard. Late homework will not be accepted but the lowest two scores of homework will be dropped in the final grading. Any homework slipped into my office will be regarded as late homework thus not accepted.
